These terms govern use of the FundHaus platform, including FundHaus Membership, deal listings, introductions between members, payments and cancellation.

FundHaus is an introduction and information service. FundHaus is not a financial adviser, broker or lender, and does not provide financial advice or recommend any deal or member.

Members are responsible for their own due diligence, legal advice and decisions on any deal.
